Roxborough West crumbling

Big asphalt crumble in front of the Hara Krishna church near Avenue Rd. Has been that way for more than a week. Not sure what the cones are supposed to do. Councillor Wong-Tam anyone? Need a traffic light here more than at the other end. Anyone got a spare couple of million?
